Synopsis

French newcomer Karim Dridi checked in with this arresting first feature in 1995 (produced by UGC), which cruised the dark and seedy side of Paris night life. PIGALLE enjoyed successful runs in both New York and L.A., and was purchased by the Sundance Film Channel for a May 1996 TV airing.

Karim Dridi (born 9 January 1961) is a French film director and screenwriter. He has directed ten films since 1987. His film Bye-Bye was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 1995 Cannes Film Festival. Some of his other films include Dans le sac, Khamsa, and The Last Flight.
